Founder of Kuniklo in 2003, she combines an MBA, a BSBA in Finance, and Master Compliance Administrator certification to deliver innovative compliance solutions, workforce development programs, and small business strategies, positioning Kuniklo as a trusted partner in fostering community growth and empowerment.
With over 30 years in construction, he specializes in Davis-Bacon compliance, project controls, and workforce development. A certified Contract Compliance Administrator, he delivers innovative digital tools that streamline compliance and enhance project outcomes.
With nearly a decade of experience supporting M/W/D/SBEs, she excels in strategic leadership and community engagement. She holds a BA from Barat College of DePaul University and is a certified Master Contract Compliance Administrator.
With a BS in Integrated and Digital Marketing from ASU and a background in graphic design, event coordination, and proposal writing, she leads Kuniklo’s marketing efforts, crafting campaigns that highlight its services and impact.
With over 16 years in construction and five in workforce development, she oversees Kuniklo’s OJT programs, small business initiatives, and community engagement, leveraging experience on complex projects like Valley Metro's light rail expansion and Fort Worth's Stop Six CNI redevelopment to drive workforce strategies with lasting economic impact.
With over 20 years of compliance expertise, she manages programs for state, federal, and local agencies, specializing in OJT, prevailing wage enforcement, subcontracting plans, and developing compliance training and manuals for federally funded contracts.
Skilled in platforms like LCPtracker and Elations, she ensures compliance by verifying documents, monitoring wage rates, and conducting site visits. Certified as a Master Contract Compliance Administrator, her work drives regulatory excellence on complex projects.
Certified in OSHA Construction Safety, Network Administration, and Contract Compliance Administration, he manages platforms like Smartsheets and LCPtracker. His bilingual skills support Spanish-speaking contractors, ensuring equitable access and seamless participation in compliance programs.
With expertise in HUD Section 3, labor standards, prevailing wage laws, and workforce initiatives, he facilitates stakeholder engagement, observes site activities, records compliance data, coordinates outreach, and manages deliverables to support project goals.
An honors student, she plays a vital role at Kuniklo, using her talent for engaging diverse audiences to develop compelling strategies that connect with communities and drive meaningful engagement across platforms.
